NtheCut Magazine reserves the rights to Accept or Deny any submission we receive. Submissions are reviewed based on their content, quality and relevance. All Issues are available digital and print on major magazine websites Purchase Print or Digital

                               Your Rights

You will always retain the copyrights to your images and by submitting your work to NtheCut you are agreeing to have it published. You are simply offering us the rights to use your images online and on our social media platforms, We will always credit you and the photographer as well as whoever is involved in creating the images. Once you have submitted to Nthecut, please have a written agreement to all copyright owned material. We assume that everyone involved in the shoot information is correct and spelled correctly and agrees and consented to have images published with NtheCut. It is your responsibility to make sure everyone is aware of your submission and agrees with it. NtheCut reserves the right to select what photos get published from the series submitted. Since the magazine is 8.5x 11 we reserve the right to crop your images that are not 8.5x11 in order to fit the magazine layout/design.

By allowing NtheCut to publish your work  you grant us permission to use your work in any of our, websites, marketing material, advertisements, videos, sale, publication of media formats used in the creations, dissemination and monetization of NtheCut's content. We reserve the right to deny or accept submission based on available space, content, and quality. We do not pay for submissions or the publication of full or partial content of any kind. Any expenses or costs of your contribution is at your risk and expense.

Any content you submit to NtheCut must not be previously published in any other magazine , blog, or website, Instagram, or any other media online or print. Please include Instagram for the creative team as well, to ensure tagging/crediting on social media.

Lastly, since we have curated Instagram feeds, we do not guarantee promotion on this social platform immediately on this social media platform upon publishing. Some content maybe published on the site only.
